We are a small farm located in the green belt between Hassocks and Burgess Hill, just north of the south downs. Each of our comfortable rooms has an en-suite bath or shower room and is fully self contained.

View of driveway and bedrooms, please park at top, there is no guest parking in the driveway, as it is in constant use.	Main entrance, Please use bell or knock to rouse the dogs! who will come and find us.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with Tv, tea and coffee making facilities. A toaster is also provided along with a full Continental style breakfast, which is delivered to the comfort of your own room when required. Please note smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

We cater for the local business community and for those who require a relaxing quiet break.

Room rates are charged on a per person per night basis.

Long-term business rates negotiable; single occupancy of a double room is charged at £25; there is an extra bed supplement of £10 for a child sharing with two adults; cot supplied at no extra charge.
